Six tips for forcing yourself to tackle a dreaded task

I personally find several tips useful:
1) Prepare all necessary information before start doing it. It also means having a plan on how to do it.

2) Write down a tomorrow to-do list before off work. Giving a cross on the list will definitely make you feel good and motivate you to complete other tasks.

3) Do the hard work first thing in the morning. Don’t procrastinate the task. After completing the task, the whole day you would get rid of the ‘something undo’ feeling, and be more carefree.
